A Menu Built Around Three Pizza Styles

Hand-tossed, New York-style, or deep-dish. Every pie we deliver out of 1525 15th St is one of those three, and knowing which is which is the fastest way to order the right thing the first time.

The Pizza Board

Three styles, priced and sized the way we actually bake them

Prices shown here are the prices we charge. There is no app-specific markup and no fee that appears only at the last step. Sizes and availability are confirmed when you order, because we would rather tell you a real number than print one that changes at checkout.

Hand-tossed The middle of the road, on purpose Stretched by hand, thicker at the rim and thinner through the middle, baked hot enough to puff the edge without drying the center. Holds heavy toppings, reheats well the next day, and asks for no particular eating technique. Medium · Large New York-style Big slices, foldable, straightforward Wide and thin, crisp enough to fold without cracking, with slices big enough that two is a full meal for most adults. The sauce leads and the cheese supports it rather than smothering it. Toppings stay restrained on this crust on purpose. Medium · Large Deep-dish Heavier, slower, and built to travel A thick, buttery crust holding a tall stack of cheese, toppings, and sauce on top. Slower to bake and far more filling per slice — a large feeds four hungry people or six who are pacing themselves. It also holds heat longer than the other two, which is why a cold Denver night suits it. Medium · Large · Longer bake
Sides Garlic knots, house salad, dipping sauces A short list, chosen for how each item survives the drive. A sealed salad and a box of knots arrive the way they left the pass. Add to any order
Drinks Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, bottled water The classic pairing for delivery pizza, for the same reason it has always been the classic pairing. Chilled
Toppings Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, peppers, olives, jalapeños, extra cheese The list is short on purpose. Specialty combinations exist and we list them plainly rather than burying them in a "chef's secret" section. If you want something we do not list, ask — sometimes the answer is yes, and sometimes it is an honest no. Per pizza

A medium hand-tossed is a solo dinner or a light meal for two. A large hand-tossed feeds three to four. New York-style runs larger per slice, so the same size covers more people. Deep-dish is the outlier — order one size down from what you would for hand-tossed and add a side.

What delivery can promise

Some things travel beautifully. Some do not, and you deserve to know which.

A delivery menu has a constraint a dine-in menu does not: the food has to survive the trip. Fried or delicate items are the clearest example — they are at their best in the first five minutes, and a delivery box does not help them. We keep the sides list to items that hold up, so you are not paying for something that arrives as a disappointment.

Tonight's ticket

The three things that arrive intact

Deep-dish

Its mass holds heat longer and the structure survives the drive without collapsing.

Garlic knots

Boxed warm, still soft at the center when they reach your table.

Sealed salad

Dressed on the side so the greens do not wilt on the way.

Deep-dish takes longer in the oven than the other two styles. If your order includes one, expect the ETA to follow the deep-dish, not the fastest pie in the box.

Denver delivery net

We deliver where the net holds.

The kitchen sits at 15th and Wynkoop, and the delivery radius rides the Denver grid from there. Put your ZIP in and we will tell you straight — whether we deliver to you, roughly how long it takes, and which night of the week is slower on that route.

Some ZIPs near the edge of the net we still serve, at the far end of the window. Some we do not, and we would rather say so before you build an order.

For groups over six pizzas

Mixed-style orders are normal here. A typical office ticket on 15th Street might be two hand-tossed, one New York-style, and one deep-dish — enough to cover people who want a slice and people who want a meal. We bake them in sequence so nothing sits under a lamp. Call ahead and we will stagger the bake; that is the only special handling we offer.
